Building on the high-performance features associated with the original QuadroMAX, the Plus fixture provides customers with the unique option of changing modules in the field and mixing distributions to create custom lighting layouts for commercial, educational, retail, health care and many other types of properties. Independent LED modules interlock to create configurations from 5,600 to 39,500 lumens, while multiple optic choices (Type II, III, IV and V) enable the most effective distribution pattern to be selected for any exterior lighting application. WEST CALDWELL, N.J. (September 21, 2017) – MaxLite introduces the 40-watt LED Area Lamp as an energy-efficient replacement for 175-watt metal halide bulbs in outdoor luminaires. The lamp is an easy and economical retrofit for pole and surface mounted fixtures with an E39 socket, such as cobra heads, shoeboxes and wall packs. Delivering 3,400 lumens, the LED Area Lamp provides a high quality of light compared to the yellow haze produced by high-pressure sodium bulbs. The lamp turns on instantly and evenly distributes light with a 180-degree beam angle (Type V distribution), thereby reducing shadows and creating a more well-lit and comfortable environment for pedestrians and motorists.
