WEST CALDWELL, N.J. (January 13, 2015) – MaxLite, a global manufacturing and marketing leader of energy-efficient lighting solutions, announces the appointment of Jim Hunter to the role of senior vice president of sales and marketing. He reports to President and CEO Yon Sung.
Hunter will lead the development and performance of all sales and marketing initiatives, including overseeing Regional, National Accounts, Consumer, OEM and Export Sales, Utility Solutions, Application and Certifications, and Marketing.

Prior to joining MaxLite, Hunter served as vice president of sales and marketing for Samsung LED Lighting, vice president and general manager, global commercial markets for Luminus Devices, Inc., and held several executive positions for Philips Lighting North America.
Hunter has an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada.
